Troubleshooting Common Issues

This article explains how to quickly solve any issues that may come up when using Skill Struck's platform.

If you run into an issue when using Skill Struck (such as the terminal not working, files not loading, or your code not running) we suggest the following troubleshooting steps.

Hard Refresh

A hard refresh clears the cache of your current page and loads the most updated version of the page.  Click here for an article on how to hard refresh. 

 

Clearing Cache and Cookies

If a hard refresh didn't fix the issue, clearing your cache and cookies should. Click here for an article on clearing cache and cookies. 

 

Log Out and Log Back In

After trying the previous steps, log out and log back in to your account.
