Your browser saves information from websites you have visited. Clearing your cache and cookies fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues. You should clear the cache clear cookies on a regular basis

The process to clear your cache and cookies is different for every web browser. The following are instructions on how to clear this data with Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
Google Chrome
- Click on the three vertical dots located in the top right corner of your browser.
- Select Delete Browsing Data…
- A new tab will open and a pop-up box will appear.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Delete data.
Safari
- Click the Safari drop down in the top left corner of your page.
- Click Settings.
- Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data...
- Click Remove All.
Firefox
- Click the three-lined menu in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security in the left menu bar.
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click the Clear Data button, a pop-up window will appear.
- Select Both options or just Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Clear, a pop-up window will appear.
- Click Clear Now.
