Recommended Browsers

Skill Struck supports Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge (version 79 and newer). Skill Struck can work with other browsers, but the platforms are currently optimized for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Clearing Cache and Cookies

Regularly clearing cache and cookies is an important part of browser maintenance. Clearing these will ensure the most updated version of a page is loaded. This will also clear out any data that may be saved to the browser. When students are using shared computers, clearing cache and cookies is very important. Click here for an article that explains how to clear your cache and cookies.

Remember to Log Out

At the end of class, make sure each student logs out of their Skill Struck account and closes the window they were working on. Forgetting to log out can allow students to access accounts that don't belong to them.  To prevent students from accessing the incorrect account, it is important that they log out and close their browser window at the end of each class.

Update Skill Struck

Skill Struck regularly updates the platform. When we do, a message will appear in the top right corner of your screen. It will say "click here to get the latest version of Skill Struck." Click that pop-up when it appears to keep your platform up to date!

Update Your Browser

Companies regularly release updates for their browsers. Keeping your browser up to date allows both the browser and Skill Struck to run at peak performance.
