How to use the Coding & Color Picker in Launch Pad and Voyage

Custom colors are an important part of building a website! Modern browsers support 140 colors that can be used by name. The following website includes a list containing each browser supported color name:

It is also possible to generate any color using a color picker!  Skill Struck has a color picker tool in both Launch Pad and Voyage!

How to Access the Color Picker in Voyage

  1. From your Voyage homepage, click "Code."

  2. Click the color picker icon in the top right corner of your screen.

  3. Select one of the available colors and click "Copy."

  4. You are now able to paste the color into your code!


How to Access the Color Picker in Launch Pad

  1. From your Launch Pad homepage, click "Launch Pad."

  2. Navigate to a lesson.

  3. Click the "Resources" button and select "Color Picker."

  4. Select one of the available colors and click "Copy."

  5. You are now able to paste the color into your code!
