Why don't all my students show up when I click, "Help Students," on the Educator Portal?

Only certain students, who have messaged you first, appear in this section.

Only those students who have sent messages to the teacher will appear in the help students section since this section is used for students requesting help. If you would like to initiate a message to a student, you will need to use email or another messaging service provided by your school. You could also have all of your students send a "hello" message to you at the start of class, allowing you to see all of them in the help students section and message them as needed!
