FAQ: What is the difference between chat and tutors?

The tutor is meant to guide and coach students, rather than explicitly answer their questions like the chat.  Tutors will stick to the topic they are “assigned.”  So for example, if a student asks the tutor about something off topic it will guide the student back to its subject area.  The chat will answer any appropriate questions.
