Do I need to re-download a custom tutor to Canvas if I edit it on the Skill Struck side?

No, you do not have to re-upload the tutor. If you have assigned a custom tutor in canvas using the external tool, any edits to the tutor will apply to the Canvas assignment because it launches into our platform.
