      I am unable to lock (or unlock) the pre-assessment for my sections.

      The most likely reason for this is that you have not assigned your curriculum yet. You should:

      1. Set the curriculum for your section(s), following the steps in this article.
      2. Lock/unlock the assessment for the section(s), following the procedure in this article.
