      How to Switch Between Block-Based and Text-Based Coding in Launch Pad

      After your teacher has turned on HTML blocks for your class, you are able to switch between block-based and text-based coding in HTML activities.

      1. From the Launch Pad homepage, click "Launch Pad."launch pad button 1


      2. Navigate to a lesson that includes HTML activities.

      3. Select the checkpoint or one of the challenges.

      4. Scroll down to the code editor.

      5. By default, "Blocks" will be selected. To change the mode to text-based coding, click "HTML."
