      How to use the Career Readiness Helper tool in Learning Studio

      In this article, you will learn how to use the Career Readiness Helper tool in the Learning Studio. Last updated - July 21, 2025

      1. From the Learning Studio, click "Career Readiness Helper".

      2. Click "New Career".

      3. Fill out the following text inputs:
        1. Student name
        2. Interests
        3. Extracurricular activities 
        4. Student GPA
        5. Student demographics
        6. State

      4. Click "Generate new career readiness helper".

      5. Review the generated Career Helper Path on the right-hand side. If this meets your desired criteria, click "Export Career Readiness Helper".

      6. Select the "PDF" option and click "Export".
