How To Upload An Orbit Assignment To Canvas

Before uploading assignments, please ensure your Skill Struck and Canvas accounts are connected. Instructions on how to connect them are in this article.

Select the Canvas course you would like to create an assignment for.
Click "Assignments."
Click "+ Assignment" to create a new assignment.
Scroll down to the "Submission Type" dropdown and make sure "External Tool" is selected. Click "Find."
Select "Skill Struck Assignment."
Click "Orbit Assignment."
Select the assignment you would like to upload. You are only able to select one at a time.
Click "Select, and the activity URL should now be populated in the “URL” field.
Update the assignment settings according to your preference. When finished, click "Save" or "Save & Publish."

By clicking "Save," your assignment is saved as a draft and is only visible to you. Clicking "Save & Publish" will upload the assignment to your students' end.
