      How to Toggle Email Notifications in the Chat Portal

      In this article, you will learn how to toggle email notifications for student alerts in Chat for Schools.

      In Chat for Schools, both educators and admins have the ability to receive email notifications for chat alerts. These notifications can be toggled in the Chat Portal.

      Toggling Email Notifications

      1. From your Chat Portal homepage, click the profile icon and select "My account."chat profile button 1


      2. Click the "Email Notifications" toggle to turn on email notifications.

      3. Once toggled, you are able to turn on notifications for specific alert categories.

      4. Click "Save changes" to save the email notification settings.
