How to Give Sections Access to Chat for Schools

When your district approves Chat for Schools, all sections will have access toggled off by default. Sections will need to be toggled on to give students access to Chat for Schools.

Toggling Chat Access

1. Navigate to your Chat Portal homepage and click "Sections."
   
   
   
2. Click the pencil icon to the right of a section name to access section settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the "Chat for Schools" toggle.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the blue "Save" button.
   
   
   
   
5. Now your section will have access to Chat for Schools!
