Windows-based PC
- Press the Windows + Alt + R keys at the same time to start recording.
- To stop recording, click the Stop button in the recording menu on the right side of the screen.
- The Stop button looks like a square with a circle around it.
- Screen recordings are saved to the "Captures" folder within the "Videos" folder.
Chromebook
- Press the Shift + Control + Show Windows keys at the same time.
- The Show Windows key looks like a rectangle with two vertical lines to the right of it.
- In the menu that pops up, select the Screen Record option.
- There are three recording options:
- Full screen recording
- Custom size recording
- Window Recording
- Select the recording option and click within the recording area to start recording.
- To stop recording, press the Stop recording button in the menu at the bottom of your screen.
- The Stop recording button looks like a square with a circle around it.
- Screen recordings are saved to the Downloads folder.
Mac
- Press the Shift + Command + 5 keys to access the screenshot toolbar.
- There are two recording options:
- Full screen recording
- Partial screen recording
- Click the Record button on the menu bar to start recording.
- To stop recording, press the Stop button at the top of the screen.
- The Stop button looks like a square with a circle around it.
- Screen recordings are saved to the Desktop.
