Whenever you have an issue or need assistance, just remember--we're here for you! Feel free to reach out to our Customer Success team or our Customer Support team whenever you need us!

Live Support

To access Live Support right from your classroom, click the blue message icon in the bottom right corner of your Educator Portal. Here you can get live, in-class help for any issues you may experience. Our friendly Customer Support Representatives are ready and willing to help!

Live Support is available Monday - Friday from 8 AM EST - 5 PM PST.

 

Email Support

You can also reach out via email. Look for the gray question mark icon in Launch Pad or Voyage to send us an email. You can also email us via the Support section in Community.  This allows you to ask a question to our support team and receive a reply to your email address.
