How to Create a Writing Assignment in Learning Studio

In this article, you will learn how to create a custom writing assignment in the Learning Studio.

1. From the Learning Studio, click "Writing Assignment."
   
   
   
   
2. Click "New Assignment."
   
   
   
   
3. Fill out the following text inputs:
   1. Name
   2. Standards, learning objectives, or text
   3. Grade level
   4. Special instructions (optional)
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click "Next."
5. Enter the number of words, select the assignment format, and click "Next" to generate an assignment.
   
   
   
   
6. Edit the generated description and rubric.
   
   
   
   
7. Click "Next."
8. Choose one of the available export types. The two options are:
   
   1. PDF (print)
   2. Canvas
   
   
   
   
   
9. Click "Export."
