If you see a student listed as “Pending” in your Skill Struck dashboard, it simply means that the student has been invited to join your class but has not yet completed the sign-up process.
Here’s how that typically happens:

You Added the Student: You or your school administrator may have manually added students by email or join code.

They Haven’t Logged In Yet: A “Pending” status means the student hasn’t accepted the invite, created an account, or logged in for the first time.

Email Invite Not Completed: If you used email invitations, the student must click the link in the invitation email to finish setting up their account.
✅ What You Can Do:

Remind the Student: Encourage them to check their email and follow the instructions to activate their account.

Resend the Invitation: You can resend invites from your dashboard to make sure they receive a fresh link.

Share the Join Code: If students are having trouble with email, they can also join using the join code you provide.

If your district uses an integration: Have the students to log in via our main login page first by selecting the integration option that you use.
Once a student completes their sign-up, their status will automatically update from Pending to Active, and they’ll be ready to start learning.
