FAQ: Why aren't students being locked out of the chat after the chat is flagged?

Our platform does not automatically lock out students if one of their messages is flagged. It will mark that message as flagged, send an alert to the teacher and administrators, and the AI will not respond to the message.

The flagged message will stay visible in the conversation, allowing the student to resume chatting after refreshing the page. We encourage educators to assess each flagged message individually to decide if chat privileges should be revoked.
