FAQ: When viewing a student's Chat history, how can I tell if they interacted with the tutor or the standard chat?

When you click into the Chat history for an individual student, you will see a message icon and a graduate icon. The message icon represents standard chat interactions and the graduate icon represents tutor interactions.
