FAQ (Internal): Why is there a yellow "Yes" icon next to a district's Canvas Integration?

A yellow Yes means that a Canvas domain is set and usually the district has finished setting up their Canvas integration, but they do not have a Canvas OauthKey set on our end.

Normally, this does not affect user access to and usage of Skill Struck via Canvas.

If teachers or admins report that they are unable to perform basic tasks in Canvas, make sure they have set up their integration correctly and check that the Skill Struck app is placed correctly.
