FAQ: If a student is locked out of the chat in my section, can they access in another teacher's section?

If a student is locked out of chat access in one section they will not be able to access the chat in another educator's section. This is by design so that students can not switch to a different section to access the chat feature. The student would need to be unlocked by an educator or we would suggest locking the student for 1 hour or a Custom time to allow them to access the chat after class has ended.
