FAQ: If a student is locked from chat/tutor access in one section, will they have access in another section?

When a teacher locks a student’s account from tutor/chat access in one section, it is at an account level, not a section level. Any teacher can reverse the action if the student needs access to Chat for Schools for their class. If you decide to lock a student out the suggested lock out time would be for the one hour or a custom time.
