FAQ: Errors - how to report them and what information is needed?

Thank you for finding and reporting any errors on our platform(s). Listed below is the information that will be needed from our Support team to look into these errors.
1.The URL showing in a screenshot or a URL link to the activity in question.
2. A screenshot with the console open. Here is an article on how to do so.
3. The name or email of the student experiencing the error. If the error is from yourself, please mention this information.
4. The device and browser that the error is occurring on.
5. Troubleshooting steps that have already been performed.
