Do grades from challenges, quizzes, games, etc. automatically sync to Canvas?

The grades only sync when launched from Canvas (not when students complete the lessons by directly logging into Skill Struck). There has to be an assignment associated with the challenge/quiz/game/etc in order for a grade to be passed back. And the passback is immediate upon completion. It will award full points for whatever the teacher sets the point value in Canvas.
