What happens if I need to delete a teacher account?

Sometimes a teacher leaves mid-year, or will no longer be teaching a Skill Struck class. Here's what to do in that situation.

If you need to delete a teacher account, all class sections created by that teacher account will be deleted as well.

Don't worry! Any student accounts listed under those sections created by the teacher account will be fine--the students will continue to have access to their accounts, and their progress with Skill Struck will not be erased.

However, if the students are getting a new teacher, the new teacher will need to create a new section for the students from their own Skill Struck teacher portal.

If the students are joining an existing class, then that teacher will need to add the students to an existing section.
